Convivium Pilsner
Convivium is a single decoction pilsner mashed with a touch of Vienna malt, a pinch of oats, and heartily hopped with Saaz, Hersbrucker, and Saphir. Convivium invites bouquets of white florals and lavender, a fist full of hearty herbs warmed in the Summer sun, and golden honey drizzled over fresh sourdough finishing dry and invitingly bitter.

Viridian Pale Ale
Local Pilsner malt from rabbit hill blends with a touch of flaked rye and malted oats to give a pillowy backbone to this pale ale. Hopped with simcoe, cashmere and riwaka, Viridian is alite with fresh pineapples, fresh strawberry from the vine, curry leaf, whole lime puree and a kick of petrol.
